Never got resolved and the dealer still has my vehicle with no fix in sight and no communication.
When I bought the vehicle the traction control light stayed on permanently no matter what you did. Polaris said to bring it to the dealership and they were stumped at first as to how to fix the problem, so I left with no fix. That was visit # 1 so I called worthless Polaris and they said to go back and let them keep it till they figure out what could be wrong, so I did which was another 2-hour round trip with 2 drivers and another day off work. I spent over $300 on gas and drivers and called Will in customer service and he promised to cover my expenses because it wasn't my fault.
Polaris told me they couldn't pay me for anything as it states that the purchaser pays all expenses. I feel that Polaris should pay for its mistakes in manufacturing, I always had to pay for my mistakes in life. They now want me to go for the third time as the fix lasted 100 miles and it's back where I started again and they won't help with their problem or expenses in any way. If you buy their brands and have a problem you are on your own as their team is very ignorant and heartless about what you're going through and the danger of not having traction control as I came close to an accident more than once because of this problem.
I also asked them why they quit installing the rear fender as it's very dangerous shooting rocks etc.
to drivers behind you as I almost took out another biker's eye and hit a car windshield. I'm done with this company as they are only about making money.
- Ignorance to problems that were theirs
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Don't buy a Polaris product as their not caring about problems

2024 RZR Pro R4 Ultimate - Purchased a Lemon
Back in 2018 my wife and I purchased a 2018 RZR XP Turbo, and we put almost 4k miles on the car. I purchased the extended warranty, but never had a single issue with the car.
We probably put another $35k into the car to make it what we wanted.
It came time to upgrade, and the two UTVs we were interested in were the SPEED utv and the RZR Pro R4 Ultimate. We ride with a large group and while I really wanted the SPEED, many in our group talked me into buying the Pro R4 because Polaris is a much larger company and the group members felt Polaris would back their products. We purchased a 2024 RZR Pro R4 Ultimate and spent over $45k.
On our very first ride, we got stuck in the sand while all of our friends got out of the same area just fine, and we determined that our 4WD system wasn't working. I took the car to the dealer, and it's been there for 6 weeks.
Polaris and the dealer have been troubleshooting, but they have no clue. They swapped out the ECM, that wasn't it, they then made me remove all of my accessories before they would replace the wiring harness, they replaced the wiring harness and that didn't fix the problem, and now they want the car for longer to replace the solenoid's.
Meanwhile, I've cancelled three trips, spent time removing my accessories, now have to re-install my accessories, lost money on cancelled reservations and the car still isn't fixed. Worst of all, Polaris customer service is completely worthless. They don't communicate unless I call them, and they won't offer any time frames or commit to anything.
What happened to good old fashion customer service.
I'm stuck with a Polaris product for the next several years but, I won't forget this, and buying from a large company who supposedly backs their products doesn't necessarily seem like the way to go. I probably would have been better off buying the SPEED.

BEWARE!
Stay away! Perkins Tire & Polaris and Polaris Inc. Does subpar work and will not take responsibility of any damage caused by their shop. See timeline below.

Listed below is the events timeline, a certificated mechanic proved proof engine failure was due to a loss of oil, which you acknowledged.
On July 7, 2022, Dropped off the Razor Highlifter 1000 for full service.
On July 21, 2022, Picked up Razor Highlifter 1000 from the shop.
On April 15, 2023, Friends and I rode the Razor at 5651 Natchez Hwy Wilmer, AL 36587, for approximately an hour. During this ride, we began smelling oil; the engine was immediately turned off, and I inspected under the Razor to determine the issue. At this time, I noticed the oil plug was missing.
On April 17, 2023, I called Perkins Tire and Polaris to inform them of the issue, and they requested I bring the Razor in for review.
On April 28, 2023, I was told oil was put back in the engine, and the oil plug was torqued. (which is expected in routine maintenance) So I picked up the Razor and took it home.
On June 23, 2023, I rode the Razor for approximately an hour.
Lights started appearing on the dash; the Razor was turned off and was towed back to the house from the field.
On June 26, 2023, I contacted Perkins Tire and Polaris, and he advised me to bring it back to check it out. When the dealer had the Razor at their shop, Brian called me and told me the bike was making a noise, and they did not have a mechanic on staff. He gave me the number of a mechanic in Lucedale to contact.
On July 3, 2023, I went to the dealership. They would not jump off the bike to drive it out; instead, they stated the battery was dead and did not have a jump box.
The Razor was pushed on the trailer. I then went to Autozone to purchase a new battery and started the Razor. The engine was making a horrible noise.
On July 4, 2023, I took the Razor to Brandon with B&L motorsports and spoke to Brandon. I started the engine, and he immediately replied turn it off; the machine is locking up.
On July 5, 2023, I called Billy at Perkins Tire, and Polaris explained everything that had occurred, and he told me that he needed to inspect the motor to ensure it was due to loss of oil.
Contacted Brandon and authorized him to release the Razor to Perkins Tire and Polaris.
On July 17, 2023, Billy called and stated there was dirt inside the engine on top of the piston and requested I come to view the motor.
On July 21, 2023, I arrived at 3:15 pm to see Billy; we noted loose dirt in the engine piston during our review. I turned the oil filter on its side and opened it to view the filter condition and contents. At this time, found the filter to be full of metals. I examined the air intake system from the air filter to the intake valves and found no evidence of dirt.
The system was clean. I showed Billy, and he stated well, I do not know how it got in there, but it did. However, as you can see, the dirt build up on the outside of the engine is the same dirt on top of the position. The engine was disassembled before cleaning the surface, which caused the loose dirt to fall into the cylinder on top of the piston.
Once again, I requested you, Billy Perkins, make me whole for your shop's mistake. To which you replied, well, if the court finds me at fault, I will get my insurance to pay.
On July 22, 2023, I met with a mechanic, Quintin; he disassembled the bottom half of the engine containing the rod bearings and crankshaft main bearing. During his investigations, he determined the dirt in the cylinder was from disassembly and found metal shaving in the oil pan from the main crank bearings and the piston rod bearings.
His diagnosis was that the failure of bearings was due to oil loss, causing oil pressure loss. There was no evidence of dirt in the bottom of the engine, nor did the dirt on top of the piston have any carbon that would be normal from combustion in the engine, which would also indicate the dirt fell in during disassembly.
On July 26, 2023 Owner stated that he would not cover any damage

So of last year during snow check in 2022 I purchased a 2023 s4 adventure sled. From southside sales in north Adams mass.
Its now the middle of February and still no sled . Ive made plans for trips up north and ride. I even called Polaris to find out where my new sled is and a very polite lady had to ask her supervisor where it is as they dont see the order for me. I have purchased another sled to replace the one I never received and on top of it I received some swag from polaris a new hat welcoming me for purchasing it .
Talk about a screwed up deal.
Now Im gonna call the dealer and give him my case number and ask for my money back. This is the worst snow check Ive ever had.

Took 2012 Polaris RZR 900xp to get serviced, after 4 weeks they decided to work on after it's been driven moved around several times. i called and ask what is taken so long.
Bobby said they were over booked and only two mechanics. Bobby stated they are having a hard time finding a mechanic without lying and they are not certified. First he stated it's all in pieces, and it will be ready on a Thursday. I called Thursday still in pieces but also said they have been moving it around.
Before I took it in it always started and drove perfectly. Bobby called again and said the starter stuck and BLEW THE MOTOR UP, this happened on the 5th week. He has been given me conflicting stories, and the mechanics are not certified. They are expecting me to pay for a new motor plus the service.
I have had zero problems for 5 years ran and started perfectly, low hours and thousands of dollars on upgrades. This company is new and bought the previous one that I always took it in for service with zero problems.
Preferred solution: Price reduction
